FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: antenna includes SSL section formed with two similar metal plates which are connected to each other with short-circuiter on one side, and section of signal strip line, which are located between surfaces of one and the other insulating substrates, antenna aperture is formed with the section of divergent symmetric slot line (SSL) which is the continued part of the section of homogeneous symmetric slot line, and similar metal plates forming it are convergent along inner side edge from the area of the beginning of enlargement of the section of symmetric slot line to maximum antenna aperture; at that, on one side the section of signal strip line is connected to channelling transmission line; its earth surface is one and the other metal plates of the section of homogeneous symmetric slot line. The first and the second additional insulating substrates are introduced, which are identical to one and the other insulating substrates. Metal plates along external side edge of the section of symmetric slot line are parallel relative to its longitudinal symmetry axis.
EFFECT: development of broad-band antenna capable of radiating and receiving longitudinal electromagnetic waves with low level of irregularity of matching characteristic, and simple and high-technology design.
