FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing exciting transesophageal electric stimulation. T-wave segment changes are determined on the ECG. Stimulation frequency is marked when Wenkenbach point appears. Effective refraction period and QRS-complex shape is determined on response to testing impulse. The latter being widened as full block of His bundle limbs, myocardium vulnerability zone is determined. Coronary insufficiency availability is revealed from QRS complex widening of His bundle limbs full block type with vulnerability zone greater than 60 ms combined with Wenkenbach point at a frequency below 130 pulses/min and prolonged refraction period by more than 240 ms. Vulnerability zone being within the limits of 100 ms, 1FC diseases are to be diagnosed. The zone being 100-180 ms, 2FC diseases are to be diagnosed. The zone being 200-260 ms, 3FC diseases are to be diagnosed. The zone being greater than 260 ms, 4FC coronary insufficiency is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in detecting early stages of cardiac insufficiency.
