FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for hybrid transanal rectal resection. Transanal rectal mobilization is performed in the proximal direction while preserving the mesorectal fascia integrity. In addition, laparoscopic medullateral mobilization of the sigmoid colon with a mesentery and total mesorectal rectal mobilization are performed from the side of the abdominal cavity with preserving the integrity of the inferior mesenteric artery and its branches. Rectum is brought out with tumor outside through anal canal, partial mesorectumectomy, rectal resection above tumor and formation of rectoanal anastomosis.
EFFECT: method provides the presence of a well-blooded underside rectum.
