SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and is intended for use in restoring anatomical and aesthetic facial arrangements. Remove the malignant tumors of the lower jaw and reconstruct it with a graft using microsurgical techniques. In this case, a muscle flap is formed from the large pectoral muscle. From the lateral edge of the muscle, a surgical pocket is created, into which an endoprosthesis with an articular head is placed before the projection of the angle of the lower jaw with a turn and advancement of it in the thickness of the muscle by 110 degrees. Spatial three-dimensional reconstruction of the lower jaw and the bottom of the oral cavity and facial tissues is carried out by means of geometric modulation of the tissues of the displaced flap and graft. Then the material for the endoprosthesis is moved from the branch to the body in the defect area, taking into account the restoration of the anatomical and functional features of the lower jaw. One side of the endoprosthesis is placed in the area of the joint surface of the temporomandibular joint, the other side – to the residual fragment of the lower jaw to the osteotomy line in a single complex with the large pectoralis muscle, fixed with a bone seam followed by the imposition of blind seams on muscle fibers.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of traumatism with complete restoration of chewing function of the mandible and social labor rehabilitation in cancer patients.
