FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises casting of metal, out-of-furnace processing, ladling metal at continuous-casting machine, heating ingot in heating furnaces, hot rolling to produced rolled 10-50 mm-thick sheet, and thermal treatment. Required yield point, minimum content and sizes of nonmetal inclusions over the rolled sheet length result from metal ladling is carried out using intermediate ladle at continuous casting machine at the rate defined by the formula: V=0.521·(L-0.639)·(2·k/x)2·0.00718-(Tint/l-Tliq)-2.369·[S]- 8.36·([Mn]/[S]), where V is ladling rate, m/min; L is metal length of curvilinear CCM, m; k is coefficient of metal solidification; x is slab thickness, mm; Tint/l is metal temperature in intermediate ladle, °C; Tliq is metal liquidus temperature, °C; Mn, S is content of manganese and sulfur in metal before ladling, %. Heating is carried for 5-8 hours. Ingot discharge is performed at 1200-1300°C. Roughing is carried out at 990-1080°C and finishing is performed at 880-970 °C.
EFFECT: hot-rolled sheet with homogeneous finely dispersed structure and low content of nonmetal inclusions.
