FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: machine consists of support frame, of supporting springs for pressing disks of valves to seats, of electro-mechanic reducer, of dick pushers and of process cam shafts with carriers facilitating reciprocating rotary and axial displacement of valves. The support frame is equipped with pins to fix position of a row of autonomous cylinder covers on the frame and with an elongated beam whereon the support springs are arranged. The latter are tied with the beam via journal rolling bearings. On one side of each cam the process cam shafts have one carrier, while on the other side - three carriers. Each disk pusher has five carriers every 72° and collet clamps for fixation of pushers on rods of the valves.
EFFECT: raised efficiency and quality of grinding due to elimination of losses for friction between support springs and ends of valve disks.
