SUBSTANCE: valve-in-sac contains a soft sac made of flexible impervious for liquid or gas material with a hole, a valve closing this hole, made with the possibility of filling the sac with material, and a means ensuring the possibility of extending the sac during its filling with material. At that the empty sac is reeled on or folded around its longitudinal axis and fixed in this reeled position. Means of extending the sac are bending, made by folding the free end of the sac up prior to reeling or folding the empty sac around the longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: ensures reliability of the device design and operation of dosing appliance.
