SUBSTANCE: automatic device and automated method for cell culturing, a sterile disposable kit for cell culturing in the automatic device, a supporting agitating tool for the automatic device, and application of the above automatic device, kit and means for culturing of CD34+ type stem cells or mononuclear blood cells such as lymphocytes. The automatic device contains tanks with culture medium, growth factors and cultured cells, an incubator with a thermostatic chamber and a bag for cell culturing or growing, a computer control system, a supporting agitating tool for the vessel for culturing or growing. The kit contains one bag for cells growing and hoses to connect the bag with other bags or tanks, at that the bag has input and output openings, as well as a sampling opening. The agitating tool has a bag support, three valves on the support. The tool is arranged to tilt the support from the horizontal position to the vertical position and vibrate. The method comprises culture medium, growth factors and cultured cells loading into a bag, bag agitation, maintaining the bag for cell growing under incubation conditions, and collection of the bag contents.
