FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves products integrated treatment with pulse magnetic field with adjustable pulse-repetition frequency, shock-wave, acoustic and incoherent light radiation, namely - UV radiation. Magnetic field intensity amplitude in liquid is equal to (0.25-1.0)·106 A/m. The device contains tubing of a diamagnetic material with solenoid coils fitted onto it, a working chamber equipped with an electronic radiation generation system based on multi-channel switching spark arresters based on cable initiators forming autonomous circuits for capacitive storage discharge onto the solenoid coils. The radiation generation system is positioned above the liquid being treated at a 0.5 - 1.0 cm from its surface.
EFFECT: extension of products storage time.
