FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: starch-containing plant material is mixed with water, crushed to particle size of not more than 0.2 mm using a hydro-mechanical-acoustic method in two steps while holding for 20-120 minutes at temperature of 45-50°C and stirring in between the steps. Solid phase particles are separated by centrifuging and the starch-protein suspension is collected in a container. The thickened suspension is diluted with water to SV concentration of 5-7% and treated using a hydro-mechanical-acoustic method, and solid phase particles are separated again by centrifuging to obtain a starch-protein suspension and a thickened suspension. The obtained starch-protein suspensions are merged, held while stirring at 45-50°C for 10-20 minutes and centrifuged to obtain starch A and centrifuge effluent. The residual suspension is leached, held while stirring at 45-50°C for 10-20 minutes and centrifuged to obtain starch B and a protein suspension. The latter is separated by centrifuging in two fractions: gluten and native solution. Starch A and B are then merged, thermally stable ct-amylase is added and hydrolysis is carried out. Glucoamylase is then added to obtain starch fermentolysate and the gluten fraction is hydrolysed by adding a proteolytic enzyme to obtain a solution of amino acids. The native solution is evaporated to obtain a plant extract and a condensate which is returned to the plant material treatment process.
EFFECT: invention ensures prolonged storage of obtained solutions of components without deterioration of their quality.
