FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a fodder microbial-plant supplement is provided, which involves fermenting microorganisms on a nutrient medium containing serum water, an insoluble residue left after the extraction of the protein components from the triticale grain extract or oats, or barley or rye, and pulp remaining after the extraction of starch A. As producers, the method uses Geotrichum candidum VKPM Y-4300, or Pichia kudriavzevii, or Saccharomyces cerevisiae, or mixtures of cultures in any ratio in an amount of 5–10 % to the mass of the nutrient medium.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the nutritional value of the microbial-plant supplement.
