FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to a method of growing reticulum cells from fragments of an unaltered human autologous lymph node and can be used to treat chronic lymphatic oedema. A donor (patient) undergoes biopsy of the pathologically unaltered surface lymph node which is heterotopic towards the affected organ. The obtained biopsy material is cleaned from capsules and subcutaneous fat, divided into fragments, washed and treated with a mixture of lytic enzymes. The fragments are thoroughly washed from enzymes in a full growth medium. Further, cells are grown in MEM medium for 4-5 weeks.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain large amount of pure culture of autologous reticulum cells of the lymph node.
