FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biotechnology, namely to methods of manufacturing intra-tissue porous implants, and can be used for restoration of bone tissue defects. Method is based on mechanical processing of nonwoven wire material by twisting and pressing in order to form porous structure of desired shape. In accordance with the invention porous structure is washed in order to remove contaminations, possessing cytotoxic action and formed in process of manufacturing intra-tissue porous implant by transferring porous structure successively into organic solvent. After that it is placed into acid-containing solution. Simultaneously it is subjected to ultrasonic impact in order to evacuate contaminations with further implant sterilisation.
EFFECT: ensuring efficient evacuation of contaminations, which possess cytotoxic action.
