FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied for compensation of joint cartilage defects. In region of post-traumatic or destructive-dystrophic injury osteocartilagenous cavity is formed. Into cavity placed is transplant representing allogenic demineralised porous bone material - brefoosteomatrix or spongiosa, populated with autologic chondroblasts and fibroblast-like cells, obtained from stroma of joint or rib hyaline cartilage or allogenic chondroblasts and fibroblast-like cells obtained from stroma of joint or rib hyaline cartilage of organ donors after ascertainment of brain death. Transplant is covered with other transplant, representing preserved allogenic donor dura mater with attached to it allogenic chondroplasts and fibroblast-like cells.
EFFECT: method allows to apply sufficient amount of tissue-compatible material for defect compensation.
