FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device is intended to monitor dynamics and control movement of cleaning or instrumentation cylinder piston in manifold gas line. On each crane platform of manifold gas line a monoblock is installed with piezoelectric acoustic sensor, secondary equipment and registrator, which are connected to system unit that calculates dynamics and controls movement of cylinder piston. At the same time sensitivity of each acoustic sensor is set so that distance of detection of acoustic noise generated as cylinder piston passes by welded seams in manifold gas line is more than half of distance between crane platforms. This makes it possible at any moment of time to determine position and speed of cylinder piston movement in manifold gas line.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of detection of cylinder piston location in manifold gas line.
