AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR MONITORING PERMITTED OPERATING PRESSURE IN MAIN GAS PIPELINE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F17D5/00

Abstract RU 2755406 C1

FIELD: automated control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated control systems for technological processes of gas transport and is used for diagnostics and control of the permitted operating pressure (hereinafter referred to as POP), established by the results of in - line diagnostics, on linear sections between the crane platforms of the main gas pipeline (hereinafter referred to as MGP). The automated system for monitoring the permitted operating pressure in real time (hereinafter referred to as the ASM POP) consists of a software and hardware complex, which includes server equipment, an automated workplace for shift personnel, a display system for collective use, a software module for providing automatic protection of sections of a multi-thread main gas pipeline from exceeding the permitted working pressure, which includes a block for determining the section with the established permitted operating pressure, a block for verifying the reliability of pressure sensor readings, a block for analyzing the state of pressure parameters, the position of shut-off valves and determining the stable dynamics of pressure growth, a block for helping supervisor decisions when localizing a section or a possible pressure decrease, a database of technical parameters of gas pipeline sections between crane platforms, real-time databases for collecting and storing information from the level of linear telemechanical systems.

EFFECT: technical result is the implementation of automatic diagnostics and monitoring of POP at MGP sites and ensuring the possibility of timely pressure reduction or localization of the site when identifying stable dynamics of gas pressure growth, at which it is possible to exceed the POP.
