FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering and may be used in systems of control of electric drives of swinging motion to excite resonant vibrations of working elements of vibratory machines and to maintain resonant mode with specified amplitude of vibrations with variation of technological load parameters and dynamic parameters of electromechanical system of vibratory machine. In method for excitation and control of autoresonance vibrations, speed of rotor vibrations is measured at each half-period of vibrations, and electric motor is supplied. At the moments of speed curve of rotor vibrations relative to stator transits through zero value, voltage is supplied to windings of electric motor to generate electromagnetic torque, which changes in a cophased manner with speed of rotor vibrations relative to stator. Specified value of rotor vibrations amplitude relative to stator is controlled through variation of supplied voltage with the help of negative feedback by amplitude value of vibrations speed on each half-period of oscillations. As a result, on each half-period of vibrations resonant phase ratios are provided between angle of vibrations, speed of rotor vibrations relative to stator and torque of electric motor. Electric drive of swinging motion may apply DC and AC motors (asynchronous and synchronous motors), electric motors with salient pole rotors and rotors of permanent magnets.
