SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to devices for soil tillage and cutting of weeds. Flat cutter comprises plate. Plate is arranged with the possibility of handle installation. Cuts and holes are arranged on plate stiffening ribs. Flat cutter comprises "П"-shaped bracket with blade. At end parts of bracket there are holes arranged in two rows to fix bracket to stiffening ribs of plate and to change blade location relative to plate.
EFFECT: flat cutter makes it possible to till soil with specified depth with account of a person's height.
