The double flat cutter comprises a double blade with a fastening element to the handle, having straight cutting edges. Straight cutting edges are arranged in a V-shape at an angle of 60-70° to each other, and each of them is located at an angle of 15-20° to the plane of the double blade. In addition, the plane of the double blade is located at an angle of 80-90° to the longitudinal axis of the cutting.
EFFECT: ease of maintenance and reduced likelihood of removing the cultivated plant with the end of the blade remote from the handle.
