FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: grain cleaning machine has frame and screen with convex shields attached to frame side edges. Shaft of machine is arranged at an angle to horizontal plane and is connected to frame by means of bearing units. Screen for tails fraction is rigidly connected to shaft. Tray for grain passage fractions is fixed on shaft by means of bearing units. Inertial force balancing and vibration amplitude conversion mechanism which connects tray to screen is provided with pin fixed in frame. Screen is moved by means of three-phase arc and stator type asynchronous motor consisting of stator having three three-phase stator modules with winding. Said modules are made in the form of arc with central angle α1 and define upon joint switching an arc with central angle α. Said modules are placed within grain cleaning machine between screen and tray and fixed on metal arcuate corner plate disposed within grain cleaning machine between screen and tray and fixed on frame. Asynchronous motor is further provided with unlaminated rotor made from magnetically conductive material with coating of current-conductive material and making screen part embraced with stator modules. One winding of three three-phase stator modules of three-phase arc and stator asynchronous motor is connected with ac circuit, while two other windings connected in series are joined to output of one-phase frequency converter, whose input is connected to ac circuit.
EFFECT: simplified kinematic drive circuit, reduced weight, sizes and costs, and provision for stepped changing of power and vibration frequency, enhanced reliability in operation and increased efficiency of grain cleaning machine.
