FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, namely, to equipment intended for processing discrete or solid materials at simultaneous high-temperature and pressure effects. Gasostatic extruder power foundation and container with its faces closed by top and bottom plugs to form working chamber. Besides, gasostatic extruder comprises gas system made up of compressor, cylinder station and unit of stop valves made up of body and stop gas valve jointed thereto by studs, and hydraulic drive to control operation of said gas stop valves. Stop gas valve comprises stop needle coupled by fast-release coupling with hydraulic drive cylinder rod. Note here that there latches arranged on stop valve units to keep stop valves open with hydraulic drive pump cut in. Said latches comprise rod arranged in jaw opening of stop valve unit brackets, and push rods secured on the rod and arranged in slots of slides to move therein. Note also that block is secured on each slide to interact with fast-release coupling of stop gas valve.
EFFECT: shorter working interval of hydraulic pump and reduced number of hydraulic control valves.
