FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machining of large-size items from solid or discrete materials with simultaneous or combined effect of high pressures and temperatures created in gas medium of gasostat working chamber. Gasostat comprises power bed plate and container connected to gas control valves. The latter are arranged with needle and under-valve cavity. Gas unloading cylinder is connected to mentioned cavity. Gas cylinder is installed inside pressing spring and is directed to the side of servo drive. Servo drive represents hydraulic cylinder. Stem of gas cylinder is installed on needle.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of gasostat are achieved, and its operating conditions are improved.
