FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: wing of blade is built-up by attachment of metal strap. The blade is heated over temperature when thermo-plastic deformation begins; further, the blade is cooled with sprayers. The strap is made out of metal compressed porous material. Cooling is performed at rate (10-15)·103°C/sec.
EFFECT: increased fatigue resistance of material of gas-turbine engine blades.
