FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: forces in weighed body point of bearing are created and electric signals are generated that correspond to aforesaid forces. In compliance with this invention, force created in each point of bearing is used to change the pressure on incompressible liquid arranged in appropriate separate rigid tank wherein liquid pressure is measured by means of hydraulic strain transducer. Area through which force acts on liquid is selected allowing for maximum pressure at which strain transducer is rated and allowing for maximum weight of body to be weighed. Measurement results allow determining the body weighed.

EFFECT: increased range of weighing.
