FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, otholaryngology and can be used for diagnostics of auditory tube dysfunction. Carried out is dynamic multispiral computer tomography with volumetric scanning with section thickness 0.5 mm and interval 0.25 mm in axial projection with simultaneous movement of exhalation with held up nostrils and closed mouth for 1 second with further inhalation for 1 second. Procedure is repeated three times. Multiplanar and three-dimensional reconstructions are built, and if incomplete opening of cartilaginous part of auditory tube is detected, auditory tube dysfunction is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase diagnostics accuracy, as well as exclude invasiveness and introduction of contrast preparation.
