FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for salpingoscopy of cartilaginous auditory tube by means of rigid lens endoscopes for diagnostics of inflammatory conditions of pharyngeal mouth of auditory tube. Endoscope is used 0 degrees or 30 degrees, which is introduced through one half of nose. Simultaneously, curved atraumatic clamp-tweezers are introduced through the other half. Tubular tumb roller of the auditory tube is last treated medially. That is followed by evaluating the state of the tubular bead and the mucous membrane of the initial auditory tubes.
EFFECT: method enables examining an auditory tube, localizing an inflammation area and selecting optimal methods for correcting the detected disorders by using the endoscope to use the single-dimensional use of 0 degrees or 30 degrees and a curved atraumatic clamp-tweezers.
