FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, otolaryngology and can be used for diagnostics of adhesive otitis media. Multispiral computer tomography with volumetric dynamic scanning with section thickness 0.5 mm and 0.25 mm interval in axial projection is carried out with simultaneous movement of exhalation with held up nostrils and closed mouth for one second with further inhalation for 1 second. Procedure is repeated 4 times. Multiplanar and three dimensional reconstructions are built. If reduction of volume of movement of auditory ossicles and tympanic cavity ligamentous apparatus in comparison with the norm is determined, adhesive otitis media is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of diagnostics and makes it possible to carry it out even in patients with perforation of absence of tympanic membrane, without causing trauma of auditory ossicles.
