SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and can be used for protection of intraocular tissues during surgical manipulations. Viscoelastic contains methylcellulose, benzalkonium chloride, dorzolamide hydrochloride and phosphate buffer with definite component ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures prevention of post-operational intraocular hypertension, does not cause local and side systemic effects, in particular allergic effects.
