SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. A limbo-corneal or corneal incision is performed. After hydrodissection, hydrodelineation is performed, then cortical masses are aspirated from above the lens nucleus and from the periphery along the entire circumference of the capsule sac. Further, on the border of the lens nucleus and the epinucleus, the phaco-tip needle is installed in such a way that the cutting part of the needle faces the center of the lens nucleus and is completely in contact with the lens nucleus. Then, in vacuum mode, complete occlusion of the cutting part of the needle by the lens nucleus is achieved, and during its rotation around its axis, the lens nucleus is cut off layer by layer with a phaco-tip in aspiration mode.
EFFECT: invention allows performing ultrasonic phacoemulsification of soft cataracts with an unformed nucleus on phacoemulsifiers with a forced irrigation flow injection system or with the technology of active control of intraocular pressure, to exclude unproductive loss of irrigation solution, ensuring constancy of intraocular pressure and stability of the anterior chamber, minimizing surgical trauma and ensuring high early functional results postoperative period.
