FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compaction of ceramic powders. Proposed system 1 comprises conveyor belt 2 carrying continuous strip S of powder ceramic material, bottom compaction tape 20 in contact with conveyor belt 40 and second compaction tape 30 arranged there below and interacting with first tape 20. It includes first receiving part 30a inclined at angle β to powder transfer direction, and second sheeting part 30b. Note here that top tape 30 and bottom tape 20 can mutually move to decrease the distance between them and to increase distance between them in direction perpendicular to transfer direction of powder S. Besides, system comprises the device intended for regulation of aforesaid angle β of first receiving part (30a). Note here that length A of treated part of powder S exceeds 2-28 times the thickness of treated powder S during compaction.
EFFECT: complete compaction with displacement of air from ceramic powder.
