FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to etching of flat or slightly convex surface in decorative and artistic works. Proposed etching tool comprises body, base, vertical posts and lateral walls, horizontal and vertical work tables, magazine for workpieces, workpiece feeder, magazine for packages, magnetic impact head, work table feed mechanisms, workpiece retainers, finished product and package discharge device, positioning and control pickups and electronic control unit. Horizontal work table rests on lateral walls while vertical work table rests on vertical posts.
EFFECT: ease of etching.
