FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to procedure for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon material with high yield of light olefins in presence of finely-divided catalyst containing Y and ZSM-5 zeolites. The procedure includes contact of material and regenerated catalyst at high temperature in the first once-through reactor with yield of cracked products containing light olefins and benzene; separation of cracked products from dead catalyst in cyclone separators connected directly to the output of the first once-through reactor; recirculation of benzene light fraction to the second once-through reactor and contact of this fraction with regenerated catalyst at high temperature with yield of cracked products containing light olefins; separation of benzene cracked products from dead catalyst in cyclone separators connected directly to the output of once-through reactor; delivery of dead catalyst of the first and second once-through reactors to stripping zone and separation of entrained hydrocarbons by steam treatment with offtake of generated vapours to the reactor stripping zone; mixing of cracked products of raw material, cracked products of benzene and vapours generated in the stripping zone; additional dust cleaning for the mix of vapour products in cyclones of the reactor separation zone and their delivery to rectification with separation of benzene into light and heavy fractions; white burning of dead catalyst at that cracked products of raw material and benzene from cyclone separators are output directly to the zone of thermal reactions stopping and vapour generated in the stripping zone are also directed to stopping zone, then cooled recirculating liquid cracked product is added in quantity that ensures temperature of 500-550°C in this zone. Duration of mixed vapour products staying in the zone of thermal reactions stopping is equal to 0.2-0.6 s, thereafter the mix of vapour products is output from the stopping zone directly to cyclones in the reactor separation zone. Also, the invention refers to the device for performing catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon raw materials.
EFFECT: increase in yield of target products, decrease of dry gas yield.
