FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for fabrication of bore bits for rotor drilling consists in fabrication of case of bit and shank end of bit facilitating its attachment to drilling string and also facilitating attachment of bit shank end to bit case. The case of the bit is formed like follows: there is made a complex component out of "not-sintered" powder with the first region of the first composition of material, and with the second region of the second different composition of material. The complex component out of "not-sintered" powder is at least partially sintered. The procedure can also consist in preparing powder mixture, in compressing said powder mixture, in production of "not-sintered" complex component and in sintering "not-sintered" complex component till finish density is obtained. Also, there is made the bit shank end having an orifice. In surface of the bit case there is made a recess by machine processing. The orifice is in one line with a structure element, a retaining element passes through the said orifice. The bore bit has the case consisting of composite on base of binding material with multitude of solid particles distributed in binding material. The bit shank end is attched to the case of the bit by means of the retaining element.
EFFECT: raised resistance to abrasive wear and erosion resistance of bit case.
