FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: there are moulded components out of "not sintered" powder. Also, at least one of components is moulded for fabrication of one section of the bit case. Components are assembled into a one-piece part and sintered till there is obtained final density for manufacture of the bit case. An extension is secured to the case of the bit; a shank end is attached to the extension and the shank end is fixed on a drill string. Bore bits have a one-piece part in essence fabricated out of composed binding material with other particles and having the first section for attaching cutters to it and the shank end connected to the bit case.

EFFECT: manufacture of bore bit of composite material without implementation of casting process, case of which possesses high strength and fracture resistance.
