FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to the production of a drill bit body. A powder mix containing solid particles, a metal matrix particles and organic material is injected into a mould to compact it for forming of an unsintered body and sintered to a preset final density for forming of at least a drill bit part. The unsintered body comprises multiple solid particles, multiple metal matrix particles and organic material including derivatives of a log-chain fat acid. Note here that the unsintered body shape complies with the drill bit body shape.
EFFECT: production of bulky parts with high tolerances on sizes of materials resistant to abrasion and erosion.
