SUBSTANCE: on the 9-10 day of post-operational period in patients' venous blood level of lymphocyte-platelet adhesion index is determined, and if said index is lower than 7.5%, development of post-traumatic osteomyelitis is predicted.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy and simplification of method of development of osteomyelitis in case of long tubular bone fractures in post-operational period.
