FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: body 1 representing a ball made from dielectric accommodates magnetic system made up of four magnets 2, four magnetic cores 3 and base 4, and two pairs of electrodes 9 arranged at apices of tetragon. Electrodes have developed surface and are tightly fitted in said body, in its four chambers 8 communicated with fluid flow via channels 5 terminating in capillaries 7 extending onto body surface in magnetic gap at tetragon apices, tetragon center being located on body axis. Channels with capillaries are filled with fluid permeable materials, e.g. cotton wicks, Pairs of opposite electrodes are connected to inputs of adding circuit and two subtraction circuits of measurement unit.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement due to higher resolution and sensitivity.
