FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: electrolytic starting capacitor comprises electrolyte, at least partially not insulated conducting foil element from electrically conducting material and, at least, two separate capacitor foil elements. Capacitor comprises circuit providing first conductance from capacitor foil element to conducting foil element and reducing, or completely eliminating conductance in opposite direction from conducting foil element to capacitor foil elements.

EFFECT: protection against excessive heat and breakage.
