FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for operation at voltages of 16 to 63 V and operating temperatures ranging between minus 60 and plus 105 °C uses electrolyte incorporating in its composition solvent composed of gamma-butyrolactone and N-methyl pyrollidone in proportion of 50 - 100 and 50 - 0 mass percent, respectively, its proportion in working electrolyte being 77 - 90 mass percent, as well as dicarboxylic acid or its ammonia salt as main ionogen, and also tertiary aliphatic amine, their proportion in working electrolyte being 3 - 12 and 5 - 11 mass percent, respectively. Proposed method for preparing working electrolyte includes heating of organic solvent mixture to 40 °C and introduction of main ionogen and tertiary aliphatic amine followed by heating working electrolyte to final temperature of 50 °C while intensively stirring it.
EFFECT: improved characteristics and enhanced stability of electrolyte throughout entire specified operating temperature range, especially at low temperatures.
