FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering and communication and may be used as device for amplification of analog signals, in structure of analog microcircuit chips of various functional purpose (for instance, operational amplifiers (OA)). Cascode differential amplifier (CDA) comprises the first (1) and second (2) input transistors, emitters of which are current inputs (3 and 4) of CDA, the first (5) and second (6) output transistors with combined bases, emitters of which are connected to bus (7) of power supply source, collector of the first output transistor (5) is connected to collector of the first (1) input transistor, collector of the second output transistor (6) is connected to collector of the second (2) input transistor, auxiliary transistor (8). Circuit is supplemented with inverting amplifier (9), output (10) of which is connected to combined bases of the first (5) and second (6) output transistors, input (11) is connected to collector of auxiliary transistor (8), collector of the first output transistor (5) is connected to emitter of auxiliary transistor (8), base of which is connected to collector of the second (6) output transistor.
EFFECT: reduced values of zero offset EMF and higher ratio of amplification by voltage.
