FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier includes input differential cascade (DC) (1), the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs of which are connected to emitters of the first (4) and the second (5) auxiliary transistors (T) with combined bases, the first (6) and the second (7) output T the bases of which are connected to potential offset circuit (8), and emitters are connected to power supply (9) bus through the first (10) and the second (11) current-stabilising bipoles, emitter of the first T (6) is connected to collector of the first T (4), emitter of the second T (7) is connected to collector of the second T (5), collector of the first T (6) is connected to input of current mirror (12), and collector of the second T (7) is connected to output of current mirror (12) and to base of input T (13) of buffer amplifier (14). Bases of the first T (4) and the second T (5) are connected to emitter of the first T (6), and input T (13) of buffer amplifier (14) has the same conductivity type as the first T (4) and also the second T (5).
EFFECT: decreasing zero offset voltage Uoffset and its drift in conditions of temperature and radiation effects.
