FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and crop sector. In method soaked seeds are germinated, and germs are divided into groups of plants. At that antioxidant activity of plant tissue is determined in one group of plants without stress effect, in other ones - after stress effects by inhibition of radicals of 1.1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl by plant tissue. Stress resistance is determined by difference of antioxidant activity before and after stress effects.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify and increase accuracy of process of estimation of adaptive potential of compared plants.
