FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is implemented as follows. Dried and powdered raw materials undergo an acoustic field impact. The impact occurs within the 100…1000 kHz frequency band with frequency sweep. The frequency sweep value is set within the (4.5…5.5)10-5 sec range. The impact specific power value is set within the 2…8 W/cm2 range. Additionally, 100 Hz amplitude modulation is used.
EFFECT: invention enables the method efficiency increase (reduction of the product preparation time, process simplification, energy intensity reduction) as well as improvement of the produced product taste qualities.
