FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions are intended for usage in food industry in the process of production of meat preserves for children at an early age. The method envisages preparation of beef mince with addition of the following ingredients into the meat raw material: butter, starch, culinary salt, drinking water, apple powder produced by spin-vacuum drying method. Then the raw material is stirred during 10-15 minutes. The produced mixture is heated up to 80°C, packet into jars; the filled jars are tightly closed and delivered for sterilisation, cooled and stored. The mince ingredients are taken at the specified quantity ratio.
EFFECT: inventions allow to produce a product with improved organoleptic and dietary properties, enhanced nutritive and biological value.
