METHOD OF RATIONAL EXPOSURE OF SEGMENT III HEPATIC DUCT FOR ANASTOMOSIS OF SMALL INTESTINE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61B17/00

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be applied for rational exposure of segment III hepatic duct. Three conditionally visual orientation lines on a visceral surface of a 'classical' left lobe of liver are used to form a visual triangle where the point A is a confluence of an umbilical vein into a left branch of a portal vein, the point B lies on an intersection of a line extending from a lower edge of a quadrate lobe and a line passing on a medial edge of the 'classical' left lobe of liver, the point C is arranged on a horizontal line drawn through the point A parallel to the lower edge of the quadrate lobe and at 3.5 cm to the left; the segment III hepatic duct is found in a projection of the line BC. A Glisson's capsule only is dissected along the line BC for approaching the segment III hepatic duct, further a wound is deepened in a blunt technique.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of vascular injuries, to reduce operative injures.
