FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tubular membrane apparatuses intended for fluid treatment, in particular, treatment of pulps and effluents of electroplating shops. Proposed apparatus comprises membrane module made up of membrane filtration elements consisting of two coaxial cylinders. Inner cylinder is made from monofraction coarse sintered carcass with ceramic nanocrystalline binder. Ceramic membrane is made from monofraction coarse sintered carcass with ceramic nanocrystalline binder. Note here that fine carcass is made from material with thermal-expansion factor not exceeding that of coarse carcass material and is bound with coarse carcass by diffusion layer at point-like sintering contacts of fine and coarse monofractions. Carcasses are made from high-density monofractions on ceramic binder with grain size varying from 100 to 500 nm at the ratio between permeable porous volume of coarse carcass and permeable porous volume of fine carcass making 1:1 to 1:2.
EFFECT: longer life and higher efficiency of membrane apparatus.
