FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cut-and-transfer device and may be used for cutting film sheets and transfer them to continuously feed web. Proposed device comprises upper roller knife and lower roller knife. Upper roller knife comprises cutting plate on outer surface. Lower roller knife comprises fixed blade on outer surface and multiple suction holes. Knives rotate in opposite directions at approximately equal peripheral velocity. Multiple suction holes are arranged in first and second zones of lower roller knife. First said zone consists of suction and non-suction sections alternating along periphery.
EFFECT: suppression of fold formation and straightening of existing folds.
