FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed device comprises upper roller knife comprising cutting plate on outer peripheral surface and lower roller knife with fixed blade on outer peripheral surface and multiple suction holes. Upper and lower roller knives revolve at approximately one redial speed in opposite directions and radial speeds higher than that film sheet material is fed at to lower roller knife, and revolve at approximately equal speeds or slightly smaller that that of web feed. Film web is directed between cutting plate and fixed blade. Web is sucked to outer peripheral radial surface of lower roller knifed by suction through suction holes formed in the 1st zone on outer peripheral surface of lower roller knife. Web is periodically cut by cutting plate and fixed blade to produced film sheet. Film sheet cut is directed towards the web. Cut film sheet is sucked to outer peripheral surface of lower roller knife in position whereat both lateral edge zone of cut film sheet and front edge zone move to face 2nd edge zone, while remaining zone of cut film sheet faces central area in said 2nd zone. Suction holding force in edge zone exceeds that in central zone.
EFFECT: straightening and preventing folding.
