FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in separation of detonating fuse into head and bottom parts; then, head parts are laid into multi-seat and multi-layered cassette which is loaded to armoured melting pot of armoured furnace and temperature is increased till demolition and/or combustion of all explosive agents occurs. Exit toxic gases are passed by means of vacuum installation through the system of filters by neutralising them to safe concentration. Armoured furnace for combustion of head parts has several layers of protection against explosion hazard, and ecological safety is provided by separation of cavities for toxic exit gases and for high-temperature gases from operating burner, which are then used for process purposes.
EFFECT: increasing safety of ammunition utilisation process.
