SUBSTANCE: biological tissue is crushed, twice for 1 hour is drawn with portions of dioxane, each of which in weight two times exceeds amount of biomaterial, separate extracts are joined together, filtered, filtrate is evaporated to insignificant volume, diluted with water in 5 times, twice extracted with ethylacetate, extracts are joined together, solvent is evaporated, residue is dissolved in mixture of solvents hexane-dioxane-propanol-2 (150:5:1 by volume), chromatographed in column with silica gel L 40/100 µ with application of mobile phase hexane-dioxane-propanol-2 (150:5:1 by volume), fractions of eluate, which contain analysed substances are joined together, eluent is evaporated, residue is dissolved in mixture of solvents acetonitryl - 0.025 M solution of potassium dihydrophosphate (4:1 by volume) and chromatographed by HPLC method with application of column 150×3.9 mm in size, filled with sorbent "Nova-Pack C-18", mobile phase acetonitryl - 0.025 M solution of potassium dihydrophosphate (4:1 by volume) and detector based on photodiode matrix.

EFFECT: high sensitivity of detection.
